To start your design journey, please contact our showroom to book an appointment at either your home for a site survey or at our showroom with your architects plans. At this meeting we will discuss your needs and requirements. Following this, we will produce our initial concept designs and quotation using computer generated images. Our initial concept design service is complimentary, as we develop the designs and specifications we will guide you through until completion.
We use high-quality products and our fitting is to an exceptional standard, however we understand that some minor issues may arise over time. Our guidance is to contact us and we will work closely with our suppliers to resolve any issues.
With our vast product range we can cater to a range of budgets to suit each individual client. As a guide, a starting price for a small kitchen would be from £25,000, this would include furniture, a simple set of appliances, quartz worktops & installation.
For a medium sized kitchen, guide to budget approximately £35,000 upwards with larger kitchens starting from £50,000.
The above are guide prices, and dependent on complexity of design, chosen materials & appliance specification.
As a guide, for the supply only of products for a small en-suite/bathroom would be £10,000 upwards. For larger family bathrooms, a guide budget would be from £14,000, subject to complexity of design & level of specification.
We do offer installation, however this can only be priced on inspection of current bathroom/plumbing.
Although our showroom is based in Shenfield, we work across all of Essex, London & surrounding areas. Please contact us for projects outside of these areas and we will try to accommodate.
We specialise in kitchens, bedrooms & bathrooms. However we can extend our expertise to other areas of the home including utility rooms, laundry rooms, studies, media walls and more.
No, we supply furniture, worktops, furniture lighting and appliances, we can offer an element of interior guidance as a starting point but for a full interior design service we can collaborate and introduce you to one of our interior design partners to put the finishes touches into your home.
Yes, we work on supply only projects complete with our full design service. We will check site dimensions and provide technical drawings to pass on to your own tradespeople. We can also supply individual items such as appliances from any of our brand partners.
Yes, for our contract customers and property developers, we can work on a trade basis to ensure best price and quality for your build. Speak to one of our sales team to enquire for further information.
Yes we can work with your own trades or provide you with a complete project managed service. For structural works we can recommend builders but do not undertake the work ourselves.
Our design aesthetic ranges from country-cottage through to architecturally minimalist and everything in-between!
As an independent showroom we are not limited in our design creativity to any particular style.
Yes, we have experience in both grade 1 and grade 2 listed properties and understanding any limitations.
