Traditional Bathrooms

In this house we had the opportunity to design the Master En-Suite, Family Bathroom, Top Floor Bathroom, Guest En-suite, Gym Bathroom and the Cloakroom. The traditional style of the house inspired the classic style of these bathrooms.

Master En-Suite

This private en-suite has a show-stopping personalised mosaic on the main shower wall which is seen as soon as you enter the bathroom. The fabulously tall Majestic Harmony slider does not distract from the mosaic and adds elegance with its frameless design. The generous Marlow freestanding bath by Imperial Bathrooms with traditional detailing is placed before the huge window for a relaxing soak with a view outward to the enclosed garden and sky.

Traditional brassware by Perrin & Rowe completes the classic mood of the property.

Family Bathroom

A room for all to enjoy with Porcelanosa tiles in white and grey tones, the Carrara Blanco marble effect pattern is framed by chrome plated trims between the pure white gloss, taking full advantage of the high ceilings of the property. Once again the Marlow bath sits grandly between three walls with the telephone-style freestanding bath/shower mixer & cradle at the centre-piece.

The large shower area with tiled floor has a linear shower waste with tiled grate for ultimate discretion, whilst being able to cope with the voluminous water flow from the fixed shower rose.

Top Floor Bathroom

A spacious black and white bathroom shared by two brothers on the third floor of the home compliments the style at the top of the property.

The gloss tiles and marble ledges give the room the feel of grandeur, paired nicely with the marble chain mosaic in the centre of the room that fills the floor with decoration.

The design is considered to the finest of details, with black Nocturn Corian levers added to the Perrin & Rowe brassware for the bath, shower and basin and black wood finishes selected for the beautiful Imperial Carlyon vanity unit and WC seat.

Guest En-Suite

Porcelanosa Bari Blanco tiles provide this Guest En-suite with a warm and welcoming feel to family and friends that may visit.

A restrained version, we maintain the classic theme of the property with Burlington brassware and the ‘standard’ Majestic Harmony shower screen whilst continuing to add interest with the Countless towel radiator and Imperial Radcliff vanity unit bringing the bathroom together. A seat is built into the showering area for those less able; to shower safely and comfortably.

Gym Bathroom

The gym bathroom was specified to be more modern to merge with the open gym space, therefore we selected from the contemporary range by Perrin & Rowe for the brassware, as used in previous rooms for the traditional range, it still relates and gives a nod to the rest of the house.

The bold Italian wall mounted slab-stone basin is the key feature as viewed from the immediate doorway, we install de-misting pads behind the tiled-in mirror so they can be used straight after a steaming hot shower.

The same Silestone ‘Gris Expo’ stone for the basin is used for the illuminated shelf recesses for that spa feeling.

Cloakroom

The Cloakroom hints at features and sets the expectation of the bathrooms that continue throughout the home.

A twist on the beautifully traditional wall panelling we add the Porcelanosa Mosaic Diamond Marmara tiles to the centres for an opulent feel in this small but important space.

The Domina wall lights make a statement against the long wall to illuminate the clients own mirror above the Imperial Drift basin with chrome decorative stand.

As used throughout, the Carlyon wall hung WC is fitted with a black wood WC seat to compliment the black Nocturn Corian tap levers.
