The home owners recently moved into the property and wanted to put their own style in to the bathrooms. We had the opportunity undertake work on the cloakroom, family bathroom, guest en-suite and loft bathroom.
Cloakroom
For this room the customers wanted to have a small nod to the traditional elements found in the hallway. The basin by The London Basin Company does this well and by keeping the cornice around the room it also helps achieve this. To compliment the basin the decision of grey stone/marble effect tiles was chosen for the floor and a small section of the wall. Making this room look bigger is the wall to wall mirror, with the polished chrome taps coming out of the mirror it allows the mirror to go down to the stone counter top.
Family Bathroom
The full height mirror and basin furniture is the first thing you notice as you walk in to this bathroom, the soft lighting under the worktop and the furniture give a warm glow welcoming you to the space. With the bath overflow filler there is no need for taps to disturb the pattern of the tiles. A decorative niche above the toilet adds a point of interest to the room and gives way for an ornament or plant.
Guest En-Suite
Greeted again by the basin and full height mirror between the two walls, this makes the rest of the space more open for the toilet and the large walk in shower. With a warmly lit niche for soaps and shower gels.
Loft Bathroom
The space was governed a lot by the pitch of the roof but we made the space work and more appealing with the full height mirror giving the illusion of higher celings.
