This charming kitchen from Kitchen Makers by Burbidge, provides a practical and picturesque space full of character. The use of the chalk cabinetry, allowed for the customer to use a more vibrant wall colour without overwhelming the space. It was important for the customer to retain as much storage as possible so we used deep pan drawers to allow for maximum space while keeping the access easy and maintaining good organisation.
Tucked around a nook of the kitchen is a designated laundry area, with built-in washing machine and tumble dryer, a seamless housing for the existing boiler and a tall unit with plug sockets to charge the vacuum cleaner. A very practical area of the kitchen when you don’t have a separate utility room, with all of the functional features concealed within the cabinetry.
